Mazer 1940s Bow Bracelet – SOLD

This is a striking Mazer 1930s-1940s Bow Bracelet.  The stones are red and crystal paste in round and baguette shapes.  The bracelet is in a rose gold plate and silver around the curl of the bow and the centre line of paste stones. The band of the bracelet is a double row snake chain with a fold over silver clasp. 

The reverse of the bracelet is stamped ‘Mazer’ and has a lovely weight and soft feel to it.  The Mazer company was founded by Joseph Mazer and his brother Louis. They started producing costume jewellery  in 1927. The brothers split in mid-1940s. Jewellery made before the split was marked MAZER.

Size: 7 1/2″ when closed   1 5/8″ width of bow  1 1/4″ depth of bow 

Condition: Excellent Vintage (the stones in the clasp have gone grey)
