1920s Jakob Bengel Necklace

Jakob Bengel 1920s chrome & navy galalith Necklace.  Bengel was famous for his interesting and sometimes complicated linking designs.  This one is made of chrome flat circles, balls and galalith discs. This is one of the chunky styles and it sits perfectly flat on the neck.

Bengel pieces aren’t signed, the design is his signature, sometimes they may have a mark on the clasp ring which reads – Guaranteed or Gesch but that is as much as I’ve ever seen. I believe they did have swing tags, hence they were removed before wearing.

Size: Necklace is 17 1/2″ long but could be extended by attaching more rings 

Condition: Excellent Antique
